Circular: Nepali Independence Day Celebration Guidelines

As we approach the Nepali Independence Day celebrations in September, the central committee has issued guidelines for chapter celebrations.

All chapters are encouraged to organise cultural programmes, exhibitions and community gatherings to mark this important national occasion.
